PDF Organizer
Rotate a page that scanned sideways, remove pages you do not need, and put the rest in the order you want. No sign-up, no page limits, and nothing is uploaded: the work happens on your device.

One PDF at a time. Adding another file replaces the one in the list.
What you can change
- Rotate: turn any page in 90 degree steps.
- Remove: mark a page for removal. It stays in the list until you save, so a mistake is easy to undo.
- Reorder: use the arrows, or drag a page row to a new spot.
To pull pages out into a separate file, use PDF Merge & Split instead. This tool keeps one document and changes the pages inside it.

Your pages
Nothing here yet. Drop a PDF into the first tile to start.
Rows are listed in the order they will appear in the new file. Page numbers on the left are the original page numbers, so you can always tell which page is which.
How it works
Your browser does the work
When you add a PDF, an open-source library (pdf-lib, MIT licensed, stored on this site) loads and reads the file on your device. Saving copies the pages you kept, in the order shown, into a new document and stores each rotation as a page setting. Pages are copied as they are, never re-rendered, so nothing loses quality. There is no server involved at any step.
Guide
Common jobs
- Sideways scans: rotate each sideways page until the rotation reads 0 or 180 degrees the right way up, then save once.
- Blank pages: scanners often add a blank back page. Mark those for removal and check the page count in the Result tile before saving.
- Appendix first by mistake: drag the appendix pages below the main document instead of rebuilding the file by hand.
- Password-protected files: this tool cannot open them. Open the file with its password in your browser, Print → Save as PDF, and use that copy.
Questions
Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?
No. Organizing happens in your browser, on your device. There is no server receiving your documents, which you can verify by loading this page, going offline, and organizing a PDF anyway.
Can it open a password-protected PDF?
No. A protected PDF cannot be read without its password, and this tool has no way to ask for one. To use a protected file here, open it in your browser with the password, then use Print and Save as PDF to make an unprotected copy, and add that copy instead.
Does rotating or reordering change the quality of my pages?
No. Pages are copied from the original file exactly as they are and rotation is stored as a page setting, so text, images and links are not re-encoded. One exception: fillable form fields belong to the whole document rather than to single pages, so they do not carry across when pages are copied into a new file. Bookmarks and digital signatures do not carry across into the new file either.
I removed the wrong page. Can I get it back?
Yes, before you download. Removed pages stay in the list, dimmed, with a Restore button, and Reset puts every page back in its original order with its original rotation. Nothing is final until you save the new file, and your original PDF is never changed.
